Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the cars and able to answer all my questions, but she was so personable and humanized what is normally a stale process of long waiting periods and never-ending form fills-she made it a fun! Her personality filled the room and put me at ease when making such a big decision.

I’d either be immediately dismissed or forced to make a physical appt to get a simple answer that should have been a virtual delivery. They’d treat inventory as the scapegoat for everything, when customer service still matters so much.
I’ve had so much trouble finding and buying a car over the last half year-I know this is largely due to inventory issues everywhere, however, after dealing with 15+ dealerships over a vast region, most places wouldn’t take ownership of services they are still in control of.
